Per-Ingvar Brånemark, född 3 maj 1929 i Karlshamn, död 20 december 2014 i Göteborg, var en svensk anatom, känd för utvecklingen av osseointegration, som är en metod för att permanent förankra implantat i skelettet. The Brånemark Osseointegration Center (BOC) in Gothenburg, Sweden, was founded 1989. BOC’s primary mission was to provide treatment for patients with severe oral, maxillo-facial and orthopedic impediments. Per-Ingvar Brånemark (May 3, 1929 – December 20, 2014) was a Swedish physician and research professor, touted as the "father of modern dental implantology".
